This home was originally designed by Michael McGuire in the early 70’s and is a fine example of his Prairie School influenced architecture. The extensive use of stone and cedar in the original design are interwoven into the new design, which consists of Kitchen and Sunroom Additions, beautiful gas fireplace, extensive interior updates and refinishing.
The new Kitchen features sleek contemporary maple cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic floors, sub-zero refrigerator and other new appliances.
The large airy Sunroom is festooned with glass on three sides which integrates the exterior and interior environments. The flat roof over the Sunroom provides the perfect platform for a large cedar deck.
